A leading staffing agency in Singapore seeks an Office Manager with a strong finance background. The role requires overseeing office operations, managing financial reporting, and supporting HR functions. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or office management.
Job Description
Oversees day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Supports Commercial team with lead generation and cold calls.
Builds and compiles new local and regional client contact.
Acts as the gate-keeper of the customer database; ensures it is accurate and updated.
Prepares financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Assists with audits, tax filings, and compliance reporting.
Monitors cash flow, expenditures, and revenues.
Supports month-end and year-end close processes.
Analyses financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Ensures compliance with procurement processes
Responsible for analysing and providing options for new vendors/purchases
Manage office operations (travel, events), office maintenance & supplies, IT support, equipment, and vendor/supplier relationships.
Supports HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and timesheet management.
Maintains company records, contracts, and employee documentation.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in finance/office management
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Experience in Xero, PowerBI, Salesforce is advantageous
