Job description

Information:

  • Salary range: Up to $9,000 Basic + Transport Allowance

  • Company transport at Boon Lay (To Tuas South)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

  • Prepare month-end closing & financial reporting to local & Corporate HQ in Japan.

  • Review financial/payroll/HR procedures and policies to identify process improvements.

  • Review and forecast cash flows and support business units on manufacturing cost.

  • Support inventory stocks count/employee costing payroll & leave calculation.

  • Liaise with auditors/tax consultants/corporate secretary.

  • Maintain fixed assets record, and develop HR strategies to align with business objectives.

  • Manage recruitment/C&B administration including developing HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Oversee performance appraisal system, and manage work pass administration.

  • Coordinate on hiring plans, resignations, confirmations, and government surveys submission.

  • Support administrative operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy/Human Resources/Business or its equivalent.

  • Certification in ISCA & Human Resources with 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and statutory requirements.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Infor ERP is preferred.
