The Finance & HR Manager, reporting to the Chairwoman and the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for overseeing the financial operations, human resources, and compliance of the organization. This role encompasses a wide range of financial management duties, including bank reconciliations, fee computations, invoicing and payments, annual statutory audits, bank account and cashflow monitoring, and the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
