We're looking for a Finance & HR Manager, to join a global business and take ownership of their core accounting functions and lead key HR responsibilities.

Accounting & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including customer order entry and vendor expense processing
Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of the P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting
Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in collaboration with business operators
Oversee treasury functions including cash receipts, disbursements, and weekly cash flow forecasting
Coordinate and lead external audits and tax filings, including VAT compliance
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and lead local audit engagements
Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized accounting policies and internal controls
Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and business processes through existing and new technologies
Support potential business expansions, including new launches and M&A due diligence and integration
Human Resources
Lead HR functions including benefits administration, payroll, and recruitment
Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 5 years experience, with proven experience in both finance and HR functions
Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and process improvement
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset
Experience managing audits and compliance in a global business is a plus
