Are you a detail-oriented finance professional, with a passion for people operations?

We're looking for a Finance & HR Manager, to join a global business and take ownership of their core accounting functions and lead key HR responsibilities.

If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves, improving processes, and being a true business partner-this role is for you.

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including customer order entry and vendor expense processing

  • Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of the P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and cash flow reporting

  • Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process in collaboration with business operators

  • Oversee treasury functions including cash receipts, disbursements, and weekly cash flow forecasting

  • Coordinate and lead external audits and tax filings, including VAT compliance

  • Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and lead local audit engagements

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of standardized accounting policies and internal controls

  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting and business processes through existing and new technologies

  • Support potential business expansions, including new launches and M&A due diligence and integration

Human Resources

  • Lead HR functions including benefits administration, payroll, and recruitment

  • Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistency in HR practices and compliance

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience, with proven experience in both finance and HR functions

  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial reporting, and process improvement

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset

  • Experience managing audits and compliance in a global business is a plus
