About the role

Brown Metal Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented Finance & HR Executive to join our team in Tuas South Region. This full-time position is a crucial role that will contribute to the overall financial management and human resources operations of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and financial reporting

• Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

• Provide HR support, including employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration

• Coordinate and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Collaborate with the management team to identify and address financial and HR-related issues

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar finance and HR role

• Strong proficiency in financial management, including accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting

• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and procedures, including payroll, benefits, and employee relations

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation

• Willing to work at Tuas South area, company transport will be provided.
