Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a Finance cum HR Admin - Junior Executive to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and supporting HR administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a solid foundation in finance with at least two years of relevant experience, while fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in finance and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of project accounting is essential.

Job description

Finance cum HR Admin- Junior Executive

Finance:

· Handle the daily operations of the accounting and finance functions (AP, AR, GL, Bank reconciliation etc)

· Ensure accuracy in cost allocation in accordance with guidelines.

· Ensure timely processing/posting of source/billing/delivery documents and transactions for Accounts Receivable/Payable

· Checking and verifying invoices according to purchasing protocol

· Liaise and communicate with both internal & external parties on matters related to Accounts Receivable/Payable

· Assist in monthly reconciliation and month-end closing.

· Assist in the preparation of reports and audit schedules.

· Maintain a filing system of financial documents.

· Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

· Carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time.

HR ADMIN

· To calculate subcontractor’s payment

· Work pass processing, dormitory processes.

· Checking staff’s attendance, E claim/ Staff expenses/ Petty cash claim and E-leave.

· Hotel booking, purchase air ticket, car rental and visa application.

· Training application.

· Update Insurance record/ Insurance renewal for Singapore and China.

Job Requirements: -

· At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Knowledge of project accounting.

· Accounting Diploma and above

· Accounts Payable/Receivable and general accounting

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Matured, excellent communication skills
