Our client is a growing SME and is currently seeking a Finance Head to join their team.

About the job
Reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance for the SEA region. We are seeking for a strong controller with regional experience in accounting and controlling, and a proven track record in team leadership. Experience in SAP B1 implementation or direct involvement with SAP systems would be a significant advantage. Industry knowledge in distribution, healthcare, or consumer goods is highly desirable, given the specific operational complexities of our client's business. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership approach, fostering collaboration while driving excellence across financial operations.

Skills and experience required

Candidates should hold a recognized accounting degree and possess a Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. A diverse background spanning both small and large enterprises would be highly advantageous.
