JOB DESCRIPTION

A publicly listed real estate group is seeking for a Finance Head to oversee the entire group financials and tax affairs.

Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of 10, the Finance Head will ensure compliance with SGX listing requirements and reporting standards. Key responsibilities include managing financial planning and analysis, group consolidation, finance business partnering to drive strategy and budgeting, leading risk assessment and mitigation, developing robust financial controls, optimizing processes, and providing overall tax leadership. The role also involves supporting corporate M&A, joint ventures, and acquisition financing activities.

The incumbent will work closely with the Board and Audit Committees on critical finance and strategic matters, while building strong relationships with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
• CA, or CPA, or ACCA qualifications
• Minimally 14 years of relevant experience, including 3 – 5 years in a listed company
• Team management/leadership experience
• Experience with SGX reporting
• Experience with complex group consolidation
• Experience with big-4 audit firms and SGX listed firms preferred
