Job summary

Nomura invites high-potential graduates to join our 2-year Finance Graduate Program in Singapore. You will be placed in either Business Finance & Control (BFC) or Financial Control & Regulatory Capital Management (FCR), rotating across teams to gain hands-on experience in core finance processes.

This program offers sponsorship for CFA, CPA, CIMA or AICPA qualifications and trains you in Power BI, Alteryx and Python, with mentorship and global exposure across Asia and beyond.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work across regions and teams in finance.
• Final-year students able to commence in July 2027.

Responsibilities

• Be placed in BFC or FCR with rotations across finance functions.
• Support financial reporting, control and regulatory tasks.
• Gain exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, Python and AI tools in daily work.
• Pursue relevant professional qualifications with company sponsorship.
