A leading company in the finance sector is seeking a Finance Officer to manage transactions and optimize cash flow operations. Job description

Job Description:
1. Monitor bank transactions, assist in cash flow management liquidity, and determine daily cash positions to meet daily operating requirements, while maximizing the use of fund.
2. Manage monthly forecast of payment schedule and payment process.
3. Carry out bank reconciliation, ensuring daily accounts tally as per book and help out with monthly closing of accounts.
4. Handle foreign exchange swap (FX swap) confirmation contract including the checking of details to ensure that everything is in order.
5. Responsible for the document preparation for Letter of Credit application and acceptance.
6. Handle and maintenance of all the custodian bank accounts and all bank credit facilities.
7. Liaise with local and oversea bank for fund settlement, loan arrangement, bank fees, etc.
8. Prepare management reports and bank queries.
9. Assist in internal and external audit and related matters.
10. Assist in Human Resource related matters.
11. Assist in related ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
2. Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
3. Excellent team player, independent, and able to work under with minimal supervision.
4. Knowledge of Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is essential, in order to liaise with English/Mandarin speaking clients/stakeholders.
5. Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
