The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting, along with at least 2 years of costing experience. Key responsibilities include fixed cost analysis, month-end accounts closing, and preparing management reports. This role offers a salary range of $3500 to $4000, with working hours from 9am to 5:45pm, Monday to Friday.

Finance Specialist

• Work Location: Elementum (near Buona Vista MRT)
• Working hours: 9am-545pm (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $3500 to $4000

The Finance Specialist reports to Senior Manager - Finance Controller. He/she is expected to be able to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial analysis data within the deadline and provide support to the Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Fixed cost analysis.
• Cost calculation (including SAP setting maintenance).
• Month-end accounts closing.
• Assist in month-end closing, year-end closing, and budgeting.
• Raw material cost and pricing analysis.
• Monthly management accounting report and Costing report.
• Assist in Budget, Estimation activity and in actual variance analysis.
• Assist in Transfer Price Calculation.
• Stock taking and inventory reconciliation.
• Ad hoc supports for all accounting and finance duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Costing field.
• Preferable with SAP knowledge.
