The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with at least 2 years of finance experience, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented mindset for accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and financial records in SAP.
• Prepare management reports, cost analyses and other financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Support monthly and annual financial closing activities, including SAP closing procedures and the preparation of standard financial reports.
• Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of group reporting packages and fulfil related reporting requirements.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and ensure outstanding items are resolved promptly.
• Prepare and process accounting journals and other necessary accounting entries.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other finance-related matters.
• Coordinate intercompany accounting activities, including related-party balance confirmations and reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation and assist with internal and external audit requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate accounting operations, financial reporting and closing activities.
