Finance Executive (Retail/ F&B)

Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile credit card collections and prepare monthly journal entries.
2. Verify and post non-trade supplier invoices into the accounting system.
3. Reconcile voucher redemptions and prepare invoices for expense recovery.
4. Manage both local and overseas payment processing.
5. Monitor bank balances and perform reconciliations, including cashflow forecasting.
6. Assist with periodic stocktake exercises.
7. Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
8. Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance team.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or higher in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
3. Proficient in using Dynamic BC will be an advantage.
