Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a finance professional for a 6-month maternity cover based in Novena. The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, and balance sheet management within a fast-paced team.

You will help with ongoing finance operations and improvement initiatives in a busy corporate environment. The ideal candidate has a recognised degree in Accountancy/Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and an ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Agentic AI tools to improve productivity and work processes.
• Able to commence work immediately.

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
