A leading company in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to assist with accounting and compliance duties. The role includes preparing reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Scope
· Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & invoicing
· Support budget preparation and forecast
· Assist in handling full set of accounts (AP / AR / GL / P&L etc)
· Monitor and update the product cost
· Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation
· Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity
· Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
· Support system improvements or implementation
· Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
· Data entry
· Maintain proper filling and records
· Handle general administrative duties
· Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
· Job Requirement
· At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
· Hands-on, analytical, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
· Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation.
· Meticulous with positive working attitude and able to meet deadlines
· Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented, multi-task and able to work independently
