Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the full set of accounts for the Group and its subsidiaries. You will be responsible for timely financial closing, reporting, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance and 4-5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of accounting software like Accpac and Sage 300 is a plus.

Job description

Handle a full set of accounts for the Group and subsidiaries, including tax, fixed assets, and intercompany billings.

Ensure timely monthly and year-end financial closing and management reporting.

Assist in consolidating financial statements for the Group, preparing financial schedules, and conducting cash flow analysis for subsidiaries.

Prepare financial and management schedules, variance analysis, and statutory financial statements for Group subsidiaries.

Participate in the yearly budgeting process, handle corporate tax returns, and manage overseas VAT matters.

Support audit inquiries and liaise with overseas counterparts on financial and tax reporting for subsidiaries and joint ventures.

Assist in collecting data for government statistical reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a listed company or investment holding company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Accpac, Sage 300, and Excel is an advantage.
