Job summary

IntelliPro is hiring a Finance Executive/Lead (General Ledger) to manage daily accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. The role involves processing high-volume transactions, reconciliations, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve items.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years of experience, and SAP knowledge; GST submissions and audits experience are a plus. This is a permanent, on-site position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume daily accounting activities, month-end and year-end closing including accruals, provisions, audit schedules and financial reporting.
• Process high-volume financial transactions and reclassifications, ensuring timely clearing and reconciliation of balance sheet and bank accounts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information, resolve queries and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare GST and statistical submissions, and support corporate tax and audit matters.
• Collaborate with functional teams to resolve issues and drive process improvements.

• Process high-volume financial transactions, including internal charges, reclassifications and receipts, while ensuring timely clearing and reconciliation of balance sheet and bank accounts.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain information, resolve accounting queries and follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare GST and statistical submissions, and support corporate tax and internal/external audit matters.
• Work with various functional teams on issue resolution and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience
• Hands‑on experience with SAP system will be an added advantage
