【Responsibilities】
- Handle financial operations including payments, accounts payable (AP), and/or General Ledger (GL), and assist in financial closing
- Responsible for timely preparation and accurate reporting of financial schedules/reports such as management reports, financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, corporate tax and GST reporting, audit schedules and intercompany reconciliation.
- Coordinate and communicate with Japan counterparts on financial reporting and review
- Ensure compliance of standard operating policies.
- To assist in adhoc duties assigned from time to time.
【Qualifications and Skills】
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can effectively communicate with supervisor, colleagues, stakeholders and business partners
- Ability to multi-task and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Competent in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- JLPT N2 and above, Japanese proficiency a must to communicate with Japan counterparts
- Prior experience in finance or related experience in REIT/ real estate industry is preferred
