Job summary

Ministry Of Clean Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Accountant to manage full-set accounts for MOC and sister companies, including month-end and year-end closing.

You will assist the CFO with financial performance reporting, budgeting support, and ensure timely statutory filings. Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills are essential for accurate, compliant financial operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; 2+ years' experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of XBRL process and submission.
• Knowledge of group accounting is an added advantage.
• Meticulous, analytical, and good with numbers.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with accounting and ERP software (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of handling confidential financial information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist CFO to handle full set of accounts for MOC and its sisters’ companies including preparation of finance documents.
• Preparation of accounts, including month-end and year-end closing for all companies.
• Assist CFO in preparing financial performance reports for management review.
• Assist CFO in streaming accounting processes, including work flow/SOP.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliation transactions for all companies.
• Assist CFO in annual budgeting, business planning and forecasting.
• Review and be responsible for timely submission of group’s monthly/quarterly/annual management reports to head office.
• Liaise with stakeholders on operational accounting issues, including attending queries.
• Process payroll and salary disbursements in compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Oversee corporate and employee taxation matters and liaise with IRAS, tax agents, and auditors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
