Finance Executive (Government)

This position will start off as a 6-month renewable contract.

Location:
MND Building, 5 Maxwell Rd

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with claims processing, payment and revenue functions under the assigned work portfolio and manage the identified KPIs.
2. Draft simple submissions.
3. Advise and support stakeholders as a business partner.
4. Manage and process payments (including handling related queries).
5. Support Finance team in Fixed Assets Management matters (e.g. support Business Partners in engaging Statutory Boards on stocktake).
6. Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned (e.g. digitalising finance documents).

Working Hour:
Mon to Thu: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Salary:
Up to $20/h ($3500 per month) depending on experience and qualifications.
