Finance Executive (GOV, 1 Year Renewable)

Working Days and Hours: Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Creation of projects and budgets in the SAP for approved grants;
• Review fund requisitions and final statement of accounts in accordance to the grant guidelines;
• Follow up on grantees for timely fund disbursements;
• Follow up with funding agencies for timely receipt of funds;
• Ensure timely submission of grant audit reports by grantees;
• Preparation of monthly budget utilization reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
