Finance Executive, GL ( North / 5days )

Location: North
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirements, and deadlines are met.
• Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis, and audit schedules.
• Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit and tax-related matters.
• Prepare budget and forecast.
• Perform variance analysis on the financial performance.
• Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Group Accountant.
• Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing.
• Preparation of payroll reconciliation.
• Draft Financial Statement.
• Prepare monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.
• Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage.
• Candidate with GL, audit, or full sets of accounts experience are welcome to apply.
