Job description

We are seeking a Finance Executive to support daily fund operations, ensuring smooth transaction processing, client service, and accurate fund valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all transactions for managers and institutional clients are processed timely and accurately.
• Manage efficient funding for payment and settlement of purchases.
• Process capital calls and distributions.
• Handle private equity fund of funds investment activities.
• Maintain high levels of client service and support.
• Administer and ensure accurate valuation of fund Net Asset Value (NAV).
• Foster good daily cooperation and communication across teams and divisions.
• Perform assigned duties to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of finance or fund operations experience.
• Fund accounting experience preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge.
