Job summary

Job Details

• 2‑year contract, renewable based on performance and headcount needs
• Mon to Fri; 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Near Stadium MRT
• Up to SGD 4,000 + performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts
• Perform day‑to‑day financial transactions on accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments, etc., meeting service standards
• Perform compliance checks on transactions
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports
• Prepare audit schedules and facilitate audit exercise
• Monitor and upkeep service standards and continue to improve them
• Provide inputs for SOP review and process enhancement
• Statutory reporting
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

2‑year contract, renewable based on performance and headcount needs

Working Hours

• Mon to Fri; 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting for a charity organisation with IPC status
• Ability to work independently, meticulous with good analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good understanding of FRS and the Charity Accounting Standards
• Written and verbal communication skills
• MS Word and Excel skills; knowledge of Workday ERP system is an added advantage
