Job Responsibility:
Assist in accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation.
Assist in yearly audits, tax filing, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IRAS, GST).
Manage monthly expense claims.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
Handle end-to-end HR matters for Singapore and overseas.
Provide general administrative support (office supplies, documents, filing).
Job Requirement:
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting and HR functions.
