Responsibilities:

• Manage the full finance cycle, including both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Conduct 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment processing

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate any variances

• Prepare and file quarterly GST submissions to IRAS

• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process

• Monitor outstanding receivables and lead collection efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a positive learning attitude

• Comfortable working in a high SKU and fast-paced environment
