Finance Executive (AR, MNC, Kaki Bukit, up to $4500)

Job Description:

• US MNC located at Kaki Bukit
• 5 days work week (9am to 6pm)
• Salary: up to $4500 (with AWS and VB)

To be responsible for the Accounts Receivable and Revenue function in Finance to ensure accurate data for monthly reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily accounts receivable activities
• Ensure timely collections of accounts and processing receipt posting.
• Maintenance of AR ledger.
• Manage aging analysis and collection priorities of risk items.
• Ensure issues are resolved, develop & implement solutions.
• Responsible for credit risk assessment and management of both local & overseas customers.
• Review & release credit holds daily.
• Review, determine & recommend credit limit for customers & establish credit rating.
• Month end closing AR closing, journal processing, reconciliations, HFM upload, DSO bridge & DSO forecast.
• Intercompany reconciliations and confirmations.
• Bad Debt reserve review.
• Revenue amortization and Accrued Revenue posting.
• Shipment cut off testing.
• Margin Analysis.
• Working Capital management.
• Output GST reconciliations.
• Vendor set-up and creation.
• All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree with ACCA/CPA (ongoing/completed).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience, preferably with US MNC.
• Full AR and credit control knowledge.
• Experience in credit management will be advantageous.
• A proactive learner & team player.
• Able to work independently without much supervision.
• Fast learner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Able to work with tight reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot table, v-lookup).
