Finance Executive (AP & AR, SAP System, Contract Role)

Responsibilities:

• Performed Accounts Payable (AP), Month-End Closing, Cash Application and Fixed Assets.

• Manage intercompany and vendor transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Support month-end closing, audit preparation, and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines.

• Contribute to accurate stock costing, inventory adjustments, and financial system reconciliations.

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve finance processes across various functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' levels qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), as well as bank reconciliation.

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong experience in SAP System.

• A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Someone with a keen eye for detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence across different teams and departments.
