Job description

Summary:

• Immediate Hiring
• Location: Central, Labrador Park MRT
• Working Days: 5 Days (Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.15pm)

Job Scope:

• Monitor daily bank balances and record incoming payments
• Perform customer account and bank reconciliations
• Prepare weekly overdue reports and coordinate with the sales team on outstanding payments
• Generate AR-related reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) including Trade Receivables, Collection Performance, LG/LC reports, and Coface declarations
• Update and maintain customer master data
• Issue debit/credit notes and manage customer rebate contracts, accruals, and settlements
• Book daily cash receipts and prepare cash balance reports
• Handle Letter of Credit documentation
• Review customer credit limits and manage credit insurance renewals
• Assist with monthly GST filings and income tax schedules
• Support internal and external audits
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
