Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Accounts Executive in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounts, preparing quarterly GST, and month-end closing. A diploma in Finance or Accountancy and at least 2 years of experience in accounting are required. This position offers a salary range of $2800 to $3500 based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules.
• Quarterly GST preparation.
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline.
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management.

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm
