Finance Executive (Accountant)

Your tasks

1. Property Entity Accounting (RSPS)
2. Full Set of Accounting:
1. Preparation of accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
2. Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cashflow planning.
3. Prepare annual budget submission.
4. Ensure tax compliance.
5. RSAsia Entity: GST & MES Audit.
3. GST Compliance and Audit:
1. Ensure timely and accurate GST submissions for the RSAsia entity.
2. Manage GST audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving queries.
4. MES Audit and Compliance:
1. Oversee the entity's compliance with Major Exporter Scheme requirements.
2. Coordinate and successfully navigate through MES audits.
5. Budget and Cash Flow Planning:
1. Develop, implement, and regularly review cost center budgets with effective business partnering.
2. Analyze budget variances, providing insightful recommendations to management.
6. Shared Responsibilities
7. Intercompany Billing:
1. Manage and coordinate intercompany billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to intercompany transactions.
8. Adaptability and Support During Organization Evolvement:
1. Embrace potential changes in job scope as the organization evolves.
2. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the management team in implementing changes.

Your qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are highly valued.
