Finance Executive (6-Month Contract, Maternity Cover, Start on 2 May 2025)

Job Summary:

• 6 Month-Contract

• Start on 2nd March 2025

• Basic up to $3,500

• Located at Jalan Boon Lay

• 5-Day Work (8.00AM to 5.45PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing, including journal entries and audit schedules

• Support year-end audit and ensure financial accuracy and adherence to best practices

• Work closely with operations on customer billing and resolving unbilled receivables

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including management reports, order book, 90-day forecast, and aging reports

• Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process

• Prepare and monitor cash flow projections

• Support daily finance operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Positive attitude with a high level of initiative
