Finance Executive

THKMC was incorporated on 13 October 2011 as a charity to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large, achieving an Institute of Public Character (IPC) status on 18 November 2011. THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, with a mission to serve mankind and help anyone in need regardless of race, religion, colour, language, creed, and culture. THKMC serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through over 70 programmes across five services: Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

Responsibilities

1. Handle full spectrum of AR, AP and GL.
2. Handle full spectrum of Funding (Recurring / Restricted / Adhoc)
3. Perform Bank Reconciliation & Cashflow Monitoring
4. Prepare Account Schedules & Reconciliation
5. Drafting Budget and Budget Variance Reporting
6. Attend to Audit Queries
7. Minutes taking
8. Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Accountancy from a local polytechnic

Other Information

1. 1-2 years of relevant working experience in finance, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector
2. Proficiency in financial software, preferably Microsoft Business Central 365.
3. Intermediate MS Excel skills
4. High degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
5. Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet multiple deadlines
6. Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
7. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive and take accountability
