A financial services company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and cash management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in finance/accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in English and Chinese are essential for this role.
To take charge and maintain the full set of accounts to review and day-to-day accounting operations.
To perform bookkeeping GL, AP, AR, and cash management.
To track cash-flow by monitoring bank balance and review of payment for disbursement.
To ensure monthly closing and the analyzing of management reports, by stipulated deadlines.
To ensure GST compilation and submission, whilst following statutory standards and deadlines.
Ensure internal controls system are in accordance with guidelines set by standard accounting manuals and Group policies.
Prepare Audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
Other duties as assigned by your Superior.
