JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance Executive. This position plays a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the company and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and receipts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payables, ensure prompt payment to suppliers and reconciliation of supplier accounts.

  • Manage accounts receivables, ensure prompt payment received from customers and highlight overdue invoices to the Commercial Team.

  • Finance Lead in resolving payment and receivable disputes with Business Units.

  • Perform variance analysis, bank and accounts reconciliation.

  • Manage cashbook and general ledger functions.

  • Prepare and coordinate period end closing activities.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related field

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and practices

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams & OneDrive)

  • Prior experience in ERP software will be added advantage

  • Meticulous, able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Can-do attitude
