As a Finance Executive, we rely on you to

  • Assist in preparation. reviewing and finalization of monthly full set of accounts and FOS reports, include prepare month end journals at hotel level.
  • Assist to prepare and submit reports to regional & HQ, according to timeline given.
  • To ensure up to date License, Contract & Insurance records, which includes monitoring its respective due dates, to ensure that all licenses, contracts, insurance are renewed in a timely manner.
  • To ensure timely & accurate Capex file maintenance, monitoring and records keeping
  • Fixed assets – Ensure asset verification, tagging and prepare monthly report
  • To verify & submit non-PO invoices to FSSC-Accounts Payable team
  • Manage hotel cash recycler machine and in charge of cash banking
  • Review staff e-claims in HR Connect
  • To work closely with Finance Share Services (FSSC) & Procurement Share Service (PSSC) team
  • Assist in inventory and OE count as witness
  • To ensure schedule and reporting for Beverage Count, High Value Inventory, Defrost Testing is performed and compiled
  • To perform monthly Receiving surprise check as part of FKCC
  • To maintain and update Department’s leave record, Attendance Report, Public Holiday and Off-In-Lieu Reports
  • To handle the Department’s mail pick-up and distribution
  • To assist FC and/or CA in other hotel matters – highlight matters that need management attention

We are looking for someone with

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good written/spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
