Your Role

You will serve as the Finance Executive. Your primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping while providing essential financial support. You will frequently interact with the administrative team on financial matters and report directly to the CEO. This role is flexible, allowing remote work and part-time hours (3 days per week).

Your Job Scope

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reports, providing data analysis as needed
• Manage grant reimbursement submissions, ensuring proper tracking, bookkeeping, and timely submissions
• Handle financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and employee claims
• Ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems and maintain financial records
• Adhere to financial policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Desired Qualities

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred due to visa restrictions
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting systems like Xero is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
