Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP), Expense Reports (ER), and Fixed Assets management.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, including inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure timely processing and disbursement of staff claims.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare tax provision schedules and manage quarterly GST return filings.
• Liaise with external auditors on audit matters and prepare audit schedules.
