Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain records of attendance for all sites as required for payment claims
• Preparation and mailing/emailing invoices for all clients
• Record payments incoming in accounting system
• Send out reminders for outstanding payments
• Submission of all invoices and receipts to be paid by the company into accounting system
• Handle full sets of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements
  (e.g. IRAS, GST, CPF)
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents during audits and tax filings
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and practices
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
