To achieve this goal, we are looking for a Finance Executive for our Singapore subsidiary at the earliest possible date. To apply, please submit your resume along with your date of availability, as well as your current or expected salary.
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Prepare insightful monthly financial reports
Maintain comprehensive accounting records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, receipts, payments
Compile and submit quarterly GST reports
Coordinate with external auditors during the year-end audit process
Collaborate with the company’s tax agent to manage all tax compliance matters
Uphold and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks
Compute and process accurate monthly payroll, oversee submissions to the CPF Board, and assist with related human resources tasks
Undertake any additional finance or administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, or professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or equivalent
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar accounting or finance role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software (e.g., MYOB)
Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial information
A dedicated team player who collaborates effectively and contributes positively to team goals
Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills, able to liaise confidently with colleagues, auditors, and external partners
