• Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage.

Job description

Industry: Wholesaler ( Poultry, Processed Food )
Location: North
Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm
Good Remuneration Package

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly closing accuracy, reporting requirement and deadlines are met.
• Prepare monthly management report, financial analysis and audit schedules
• Advise AR/AP on the correct GL code & GST code entries.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agent on all audit and tax related matters.
• Prepare budget and forecast.
• Perform variance analysis on the financial performance
• Provide estimated PBT for Group Accountant
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Group accountant.
• Preparation of XBRL and liaise with company secretary for annual filing
• Preparation of payroll reconciliation.
• Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.
• Prepare monthly reports for related company balances and transactions.
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess LCCI or Degree/Diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Possess good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of AX ERP would be an advantage
• Candidate with GL, audit or full sets of accounts experience are welcome to apply.
