  • Familiarity with SAP or AP functions is advantageous.

Role Overview:

As a Finance Executive at Kosy Living, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of the company. This role requires you to handle full sets of accounts, manage tax compliance, and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes. You will also provide valuable insights to improve resource allocation and cost control, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, and adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Manage full sets of accounts and prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements.

  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes efficiently.

Tax Compliance and Processing:

  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and petty cash balances.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings, including GST and corporate tax.

  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Cash Flow Management, Forecasting, and Budgeting:

  • Monitor budget performance and recommend strategies to control costs and optimize resources.

  • Prepare detailed financial projections and forecasts, adapting to changing business conditions.

  • Monitor and maintain accurate cash flow records.

Audit Coordination:

  • Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors.

  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties as required by the supervisor or manager.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.

  • At least 3–4 years of experience as a Finance Executive or Senior Finance Executive.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP; knowledge of Macros is a plus).

  • Familiarity with SAP or AP functions will be highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to produce high-accuracy work within tight deadlines.

  • Strong ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
