Position Overview:

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. This role supports the finance team in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions and plays a critical part in month-end and year-end closing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Create and issue sales invoices to customers/sales team, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements.

  • Follow up with customers on overduepayments.

  • Receive, verify, and process invoices from vendors andsuppliers.

  • Assist in managing cash flow by optimizing paymenttiming.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing audit schedules and journal entries.

  • Assist with internal and external auditor requirements, including accounting-related documents and records.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in accounting, with a preference for those who've navigated the automotive sector.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

  • Proficiency in financial software systems, preferably CRM and ERP.

  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word etc.)

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with different departments.

  • Enjoy working with people and thrive in team environment in a fast paced environment
