Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting for our hygiene management business. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial analysis, and compliance, preferably within the cleaning, facility management, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations

  • Handle full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense claims.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Monitor costs, analyze variances, and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Track project profitability for hygiene service contracts.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST).
  • Liaise with auditors and assist in year-end financial audits.
  • Prepare reports for management on financial performance.

Process Improvement

  • Streamline accounting processes using ERP/accounting software.
  • Implement digital solutions for expense tracking and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of finance/accounting experience (preferably in cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, payroll processing.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with government grants or subsidies (e.g., PWMC for cleaning sector).
  • Good communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
