Drive Performance Through Insightful Financial Stewardship

Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Executiveto join their dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in monthly financial closing, budgeting, projections, and business partnering to support strategic decision-making. If you enjoy working with numbers, improving financial processes, and collaborating across teams, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform monthly and year-end financial closing, and analyze actuals vs. budget.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.

• Partner with departments to support annual budgeting, financial projections, and Capex management.

• Manage and submit grant claims in a timely and compliant manner to MOHH and other funding agencies.

• Track, reconcile, and respond to queries on funding claims to ensure accurate and timely receipts.

• Drive process improvements to enhance claim efficiency and optimize cash flow.

• Support system testing, workflow reviews, and UAT for financial systems.

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to internal stakeholders on financial matters.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
