Finance Executive

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Finance Executive with strong analytical skills and accounting functions to be part of our dynamic business. In this role, you will be pivotal in facilitating financial operations, ensuring timely execution and business continuity through close partnership across key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle accounts payables and ensure payments are processed in accordance with accounting guidelines, standards, and GST regulations.
  2. Handle accounts receivables, prepare AR aging reports, and manage AR collection.
  3. Handle staff reimbursements based on expense claims policy.
  4. Preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, cheques, and GIRO transactions.
  5. Handle reconciliations including bank and petty cash reconciliations.
  6. Support annual financial audit requirements.
  7. Liaise with relevant departments & external stakeholders relating to AP/AR matters.
  8. Support process streamlining, creation, and maintenance of process documentation.
  9. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA, CAT, or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Experience in a computerized accounting environment, preferably with ERP accounting software.
  3. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  4. Strong communication skills and a team player.
  5. Meticulous, adaptable, and resilient — comfortable working in a high-velocity startup environment.
  6. Results-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision and ambiguity.
  7. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
