Job Description
This is an entry level position for persons with no or up to 12 months experience with educational training in accountancy – diploma or degree/ACCA
Training will be provided to learn the full range of accounting functions within a typical accounting/finance department such as:
1. Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ledgers
2. Reconciling Supplier Statements
3. Processing Payments
4. Data entry into Inventory / Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable modules
5. Matching and checking supplier invoices against purchase orders and warehouse received notes
6. Follow up on Accounts Receivable collections and banking-in
7. Perform bank reconciliation
Requirements
a. No experience required or up to 12 months’ working experience that need not be related to accounting
b. Diploma or Degree or ACCA equivalent in Accountancy
