Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for tax internal control, accounting, tax filing, annual routine audits, and special audits of the Singapore company. Coordinate with external audit firms, banks, and tax authorities to ensure proper financial management and maintain good relationships with relevant partners.

  2. According to the company’s financial procedures, handle daily accounting and document archiving. Regularly prepare fund planning reports, cash count reports, and financial statements in accordance with company policies. Also, compile and analyze financial and operational data for the region.

  3. Assist and guide company outlets in completing monthly inventory counts, quarterly asset counts, and SAP data uploads. Help improve inventory turnover efficiency.

  4. Oversee the operational management of company outlets in the region by monitoring and providing feedback on abnormal business activities before, during, and after operations.

  5. Serve as a liaison between the regional team and the group finance department.

  6. Complete other finance-related tasks as assigned by the company.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders and support store operations across regions, including Mainland China.

  2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.

  3. Prior experience in brand or business analysis, particularly involving second-brand development or cross-border coordination, is an advantage.

  4. Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is preferred.

  5. Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  7. Demonstrates reliability, adaptability, and a positive, proactive attitude under pressure.

  8. Understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behavior will be a plus.
