Job Scope:

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by completing various administrative tasks. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Manage company expense reports and petty cash.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including processing invoices and payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements.
  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting activities.
  • Support the finance director with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
