Job description

About the Role:

  • To ensure finance operations is operating at an optimal level for the BU accounts
  • Assist in establishing strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing
  • processes at site and to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS and US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards
  • Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implementation of financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare monthly interim management report, including overall P&L analysis and to provide
  • commentaries to FP&A team on key variances between budget and actual P&L performance
  • Assist in annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast exercise
  • Provide finance related advice (budgetary/spending)
  • Assist in developing segment P&L reporting to measure respective business performance against plan
  • To lead in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Resolve billing and collection discrepancies
  • Liaise with suppliers for invoicing and payment matters.
  • Support Corporate Finance team for all finance related matters
  • Perform any related duties as required and directed

About You:

  • Higher NITEC in Accounting or any other relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and Finance analysis
  • Strong communication skills, as you will be required to support customers and landlords
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
